30-minute free health consultation-during this call we discuss your current concerns and goals. We talk about what areas in your life are working, what areas you are looking to change and how I could help you create a life that meets your health and lifestyle goals.
The 6-month program- we will meet for a total of 12 times, twice a month, through 50-minute consultations done via the phone or video chat. We will assess what goals you would like to achieve, things you would like to change, and how to implement a plan to incorporate them into your daily life. I will be there along your journey to encourage you, push you outside your comfort zone and keep you accountable to your goals. Health affects all areas of life and how you do one area in your life is how you approach all areas of your life.

Primary Foods: these are your "non-food forms of nourishment" and tend to have the greatest impact on your health. These areas include, but are not limited to, Relationships, Career, Physical Activity, and Spirituality. By addressing these areas as well as others in the Circle of Life, you will see how a small change in one area can have a ripple effect in creating a more fulfilled and healthier life.
Secondary Foods: here we discuss your current dietary lifestyle. We will look over how you are currently nourishing your body with food and see if there are any areas you would like to tweak to feel your best. Everyone comes to this area from a different point, so we will approach this from your starting point and work through your own unique goals. We will discuss which foods can be more nourishing for you as an individual and how to go about incorporating them in your daily life.
